Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our dynamic team. We welcome seasoned professionals as well as fresh talent to apply for our campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients via phone in fluent English.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Handle outbound calls promptly and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and upsell during calls.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and positive attitude essential.
Location: 552 B Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Full-Time In-House Position
Shifts: Afternoon 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Night 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
