SmartTalent is seeking a dedicated Security Guards Acquisition Supervisor to oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring of qualified security personnel. This role is crucial in fulfilling the organization’s security requirements.
The ideal candidate will manage relationships with third-party security agencies, conduct interviews, ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, and collaborate with the operations team for optimal placement of security staff.
