About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development principles and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in MERN stack development
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with React.js and its core principles
- Proficient and strong in JavaScript (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Proficient in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Good understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of state management libraries, such as Redux
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
