Job Description
Insure123 Insurance Agency Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders and potential customers.
Job Description:
- Endorsement: Manage a large influx of customer service emails daily. Handle policy changes, such as additional insured endorsement, waiver of subrogation, and more.
- Payment Dues: Send payment due reminders to insured. Coordinate payments with our accounting team.
- Audit: Assist insured in completing audit forms. Follow up with carriers for completion and send invoices to insured.
- Calling to Carriers: Communicate with carriers regarding policy status, billing, payments, endorsements, and coverage questions.
- Cancellation: Coordinate policy cancellations and update our CRM system.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports to the Executive Team.
Qualifications for a US insurance company CSR may include:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Office 365, specifically Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in the Insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work in US Pacific time from 8 am till 5 pm.
