Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, communicating effectively with customers and team members, and training team members to improve sales performance. The Sales Supervisor will be based in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Team management skills, including experience managing a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Training skills, including experience training team members to improve sales performance
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales or a related field
- A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products
- Fluency in English and Urdu
Salary: Up to Rs. 55,00/- to 60,00/-
Location: Arayan pind Raiwind Road Lahore
