Job Description
Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions to maintain detailed account histories.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
