3D Lifestyle is currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of “Front Desk Supervisor”.
Education:
B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or equivalent degree (Minimum requirement: Graduation)
Requirements & Skills:
- Well-groomed and confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Computer literate
- Proactive personality
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Undertaking administrative and operational tasks as a branch manager
- Maintaining customer, statistical, and financial records
- Coordinating with doctors regarding appointments, consultations, follow-up calls, and reminder calls
- Supervising and monitoring administrative and janitorial staff
- Handling cash
Location: Clifton, Karachi
NOTE: Salary will be market-competitive.
Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM
