Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a dedicated HR Intern to support our HR Manager during the night shift (5 PM–2 AM, Monday to Friday). Female candidates are preferred. The position involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Post jobs, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding.
- Update employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Address employee inquiries and support engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is a plus.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
