Job Description
We’re on the hunt for an Operations Executive. The candidate will highlight short-term and long-term issues to the line manager, help formulate solutions, have excellent commercial awareness, and can build and maintain relationships with hotel vendors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manages all hotel operations
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies including room rates, discounts, unique offerings
- Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, local area, and hotel offerings
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Developing long-term relationships with hotel vendors to ensure continued business growth
- Hotel Bookings Fulfillment
- Supply curation
- Negotiate with potential vendors to join the platform
Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Fresh or at least 6 months of experience in a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the local areas
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
