Job Description
Jalal Sons is seeking a motivated and experienced Bakery and Deli Supervisor to oversee all floor operations and allocate responsibilities to staff. You will supervise and guide team members towards achieving maximum performance, analyze sales reports, and manage stock levels including returns, exchanges, and expiries.
Your role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effectively handling customer complaints to uphold the store’s reputation. Additionally, you will plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
