Job Description
Join Vistech Solution as a Helpdesk Support team member! You will obtain rates from suppliers, manage bookings, and address customer queries. Excellent English communication skills are essential for professional email and phone correspondence.
We seek candidates with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially in documentation management. A basic knowledge of logistics is preferred but not required.
This full-time position is based in Karachi, with work hours from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PKT), offering a salary of Rs35,00 to Rs45,00 per month.
