Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will respond to incoming calls and tickets from users needing technical support. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing step-by-step guidance. Accurate documentation and timely resolution of technical issues are required.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with IT support experience preferred. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus.
