Job Description
HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Officer for a client in the multinational financial services industry. This is a full-time, 12-month contractual position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Analyze clientele and take necessary actions.
- Provide exceptional service and promote products.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration; 2 years of customer service experience; Location: Karachi.
Pay: Rs80,00.00 per month.
