Job Description
Nine Yard Intl is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeler, Renderer, and Animator proficient in SketchUp and Lumion to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning and realistic 3D visualizations for architectural and interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
- Create realistic renderings and animations using Lumion.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality 3D visualizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 3D Modeler, Renderer, or Animator.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion is a must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization.
- Knowledge of design principles and understanding of architectural concepts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications.
- Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
