Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth operations across multiple mental health clinic locations. This full-time role involves coordinating with teams, monitoring compliance with HIPAA standards, and leading operational and billing teams to meet performance goals. Candidates should have at least 4 years of operational management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize workflows and improve efficiency across clinics.
- Foster collaboration between departments to align with company objectives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for US clients.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to clinic performance.
Ability to commute/relocate to Lahore is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts. Please include your current or last salary, as well as your expected salary in your application.
