Job Description
14th Street Pizza Co is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to align our human resources strategies with business goals. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your role includes designing employee engagement initiatives, managing training programs, and developing performance management systems.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month with a start date of 01/02/2025. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a willingness to travel up to 25%. Work is in person.
