Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage our UK Energy Campaign. As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading a team of energy sales representatives and ensuring the campaign’s success. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating your team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of energy sales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate team members’ performance and provide support where needed.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed campaign targets. Implement effective sales techniques and product knowledge training for your team.
- Ensure all team members are following campaign guidelines and compliance regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize campaign efficiency. Collaborate with other teams to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the energy or sales industry.
- Strong communication, motivational, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the UK energy market and regulations is a plus.
Location: DHA Y block
Salary Range: Rs 55,00 to Rs 85,00
