Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Manager – FCSO Name Screening at our company. This role is an integral part of our Financial Crime and Security Operations department.
As the Manager – FCSO Name Screening, you will be responsible for overseeing the name screening process to detect and prevent financial crimes within our organization. Your main duties will include managing a team of name screening analysts, developing and implementing screening strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial crime prevention or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
