Job Description
Join our team at YA-Tech as a Customer Care Support representative! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with departments for follow-ups
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Performing tasks assigned by the line manager
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
