Job Summary: We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with creating lists, collecting information, and data entry.
2. Coordinate tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
3. Maintain accurate records and general administrative support.
4. Conduct research and create visual materials as needed.
5. Write emails and perform follow-ups on tasks.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of administrative experience.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
