Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at XYZ Company. As the Quality Assurance Manager for our Juice & Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will oversee the overall quality control process, from raw material inspection to the final product release. You will develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues or non-conformities.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of quality control technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improving our quality management system. You will also monitor and analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record in quality assurance management within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
