Job Description

We are HZA SMC PVT LTD, seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist Intern. You will assist our customer service team in providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide product information and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Completed a degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
