Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Global Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing efforts with Chinese suppliers. You will oversee the entire sourcing process, from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to delivery, focusing on negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing processes, including RFQ and negotiation.
- Negotiate cost, quality, and delivery terms.
- Evaluate RFQ results and provide recommendations.
- Drive supplier performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Implement design changes with suppliers.
Qualifications: B.COM / BBA / MBA or related supply chain discipline. Job Timings: Night Shift.
