Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Call Center Specialist will also be required to have proficient computer literacy skills to handle customer inquiries via email and other digital channels.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience and skills
- Call Center or Contact Center experience
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
