Job Description
AR Human Connections is seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Manager – Artisan to lead our R&D team focused on bakery products. This role involves developing product innovations, improving automation, and enhancing the quality of artisan bakery products to meet high standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the baking or bakery food industry, specifically in R&D.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production lines and recipes.
- Ability to monitor industry trends for continuous innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs400,00.00 – Rs500,00.00 per month
