Job Description
Job Overview: Your Cloud Campus is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our dynamic team in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads to understand their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of cold calling experience is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
Compensation: Rs. 60,00 – Rs. 80,00 per month plus commissions.
