Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Coca-Cola CCI, you will be responsible for managing and leading the implementation of the QFSE excellence program. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing Coca Cola Company’s products according to the Company and International Quality Assurance Standards, ensuring legal compliance.
- Ensuring the quality of CCBPL/CCI products and packages at all stages, from entrance to delivery, and maintaining necessary records.
- Ensuring compliance with Business Certification regimes of TCC, QMS, EMS, EnMS, FSMS, and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Leading and executing the Employee Facility Training Plan.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis for non-conformances observed at the Production Line, during audits, and customer complaints, and ensuring CAP preparation and execution.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through complaint analysis, market sampling review, and customer and consumer site visits.
- Ensuring traceability and demonstrating competence in Microbiology.
- Following and implementing applications for legal compliance in the factory and for fulfillment of TCC requirements.
- Leading and executing ingredient and product packaging trials, demonstrating competence for the addition of new brands, flavors, and packs.
- Conducting OE drives for QFSE excellence in critical improvement areas.
