Job Description
Role Purpose: The Education Counsellor will provide exceptional counselling services to assist international students in selecting the right educational institution to achieve their learning and career goals. This role includes offering accurate information about study opportunities, the local education system, and facilitating applications and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve pipeline goals and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the student journey.
- Deliver outstanding service to students, families, and education providers, while actively engaging in planning and information sessions.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as an Education Counsellor.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
