Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our remote team. As an SB Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support while collecting valuable customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening.
- Must have a functioning laptop with Windows 10.
- High-quality headset required.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Shift Details:
- Half-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM (No Break)
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (With Breaks)
