Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Preparing job offers and conducting salary negotiations
- Planning and executing the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation programs and preparing new hire documentation
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You must be able to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
