Job Description
Rising Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to enhance our customer service team. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in call centers, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding Energy and Home Warranty services.
- Resolve complaints swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in call center roles, preferably in Energy Home Warranty.
- Intermediate education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
