Job Description
IZ Square is looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our Night Shift team. This role supports clients in the USA and Canada within the B2B sector. This on-site position is based in Islamabad.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Location: BS-14 Business Square, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, 4400
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and professionalism.
