Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on leveraging data to create comprehensive and actionable reports for the management. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver insightful reports using Power BI & Tableau that drive informed decisions for anticipated business expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Power BI & Tableau to design and develop comprehensive, visually appealing reports and dashboards tailored to meet the specific needs of the management.
2. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their data requirements, translating these needs into effective data visualizations and actionable insights.
3. Conduct regular assessments of report performance, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements to ensure relevance and accuracy.
4. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, demonstrating strong presentation and language skills.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2-3 years of proven experience working with Power BI & Tableau or similar business intelligence tools to create compelling reports and dashboards.
2. Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Data Sciences (MBA would be an added advantage).
3. Prior experience of working with senior leadership, understanding board requirements, and strong business acumen.
4. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and language skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
9. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
