Job Description
Savvital is seeking a motivated and organized Freight Dispatch Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes, scheduling freight pickups and deliveries, and providing essential shipping details to customers. You will review logs of truck drivers, document all calls, deliveries, and routes, and complete necessary paperwork related to shipments, including invoices.
Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and inquiries while negotiating rates and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply!
