Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Pour and regulate the flow of molten metal into molds.
- Move ready metal using a crane or other systems.
- Determine and add metal to molds for shrinkage compensation.
- Collect samples for metal analysis.
- Examine molds for cleanliness and proper coating.
- Position equipment for pouring processes.
- Read temperature gauges and confirm specifications.
- Remove solidified metal or slag from nozzles.
- Perform ladle lining and repairs.
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
