Job Description
Mac Care is seeking dedicated doctors and physicians to join our team as Patient Outreach Specialists for night shift operations. You will manage inbound and outbound patient calls, providing support for scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient communications and appointment scheduling.
- Collect and input medical information into EHR systems.
- Handle insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Pharm D
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with US healthcare operations preferred
