Job Description:
We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while collecting feedback to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- High-quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Shift Details:
- Full-time shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
