Job Description
Join AUTO CONNECT as an Assistant Human Resource (HR) where you will support daily HR operations and provide administrative assistance to HR executives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, processing documentation, coordinating HR projects, managing employee requests, assisting in payroll preparation, handling complaints, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding for new hires.
Ideal candidates should have fast computer typing skills, basic knowledge of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Work Schedule: 1 PM – 10 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore (Reliable commute or relocation required).
