Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Gather product feedback and collaborate to enhance offerings.
- Maintain records of activities and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields.
- 4–5 years in aftersales service, preferably in lead-acid batteries.
