Job Description
We are hiring for Innovation World, an Agriculture Company based in Lahore. We are looking for a skilled General Manager to join our team.
Role Description:
As the General Manager of Business Development, Expansion, and Joint Ventures, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing partnerships. Your day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, creating and presenting proposals to potential clients, managing business relationships, researching market trends, and conducting due diligence on potential business partners. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
- Proven experience in negotiating, closing deals, and managing partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Agriculture, Power, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Textile, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharma, and Retail industries is a plus
- Fluent in English and Urdu with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary:
700K to 800K plus benefits.
