Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and understand their solar energy needs.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify new opportunities in the solar market.
- Supervise creation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth project implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated sales success in renewable energy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
