Job Description
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi (Onsite)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Rs 50,00 – 60,00 per month
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to oversee in-house IT operations and deliver technical support to our team and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in server management, Active Directory, networking, and firewall support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage server installations, configurations, and maintenance.
- Support dialer systems and firewall operations.
- Troubleshoot networking devices and maintain security.
- Provide Level 1 IT support and escalate as needed.
