Job Description
Xint Solutions-MYTM is seeking a Growth & Partnership Manager to enhance strategic partnerships and business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in business development, especially in fintech or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to implement partnership strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements.
- Measure performance of partnerships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, 3–5 years of experience, strong understanding of fintech, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
