Job Summary: We’re seeking a highly organized Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and attract top talent in a fast-paced retail environment. This role combines coordinating interviews with marketing recruitment efforts for a seamless hiring process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or related field. Experience with scheduling interviews and recruiting. Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
