Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Serena Hotel in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers, coordinating with airlines for flight bookings, managing inquiries, and keeping accurate records.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply. Full-time position with a market competitive salary. Male candidates preferred; commuting or relocation to Faisalabad is required.
