Job Description
We are excited to invite both fresh and experienced individuals to join our team as SB (Avatar) Agents. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional support. You’ll also collect customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum version 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift: Full-time Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
