Education: ICAP CAF Qualified, ACCA Partially Qualified, MBA Finance (1 to 2 years’ Experience, Preferably in an accounting firm/CA firm)
Salary: Negotiable, Market Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with financial managers and team members to execute various accounting tasks.
- Maintain company ledgers and handle daily financial transactions.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, trace them to the source, and correct them.
- Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
- Coordinate payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
- Generate daily reports for management and team members.
Skills:
- IT proficiency, including accounting software, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
