Job Description
Orbital Software is seeking dedicated CSR Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Intermediate qualification and be proficient in operating a computer to perform defined tasks as per documented instructions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients/customers, preparing software for operations, monitoring daily system jobs, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
The position involves generating reports, maintaining incident logs, and ensuring equipment operates smoothly through preventive maintenance. The candidate should be adept at addressing user inquiries and managing supply inventory while upholding confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
