Job Description
Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.
Perform routine monitoring and manage the maintenance of network infrastructure.
Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.
Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirements.
Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects and resolving customer complaints.
