Decimal Solutions is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to effectively manage HR functions, administrative tasks, and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and fundamental accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, assist in payroll processing, manage office administration, ensure compliance with policies, and perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; 1-3 years of relevant experience; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
